Attendence & Discipline
Every student of the college is issued an Identity Card (Cost mentioned in fees section) which he/she is expected to carry with him/her at all times. He / She will have to produce it whenever demanded. Students should collect their new Identity Cards at the beginning of the new academic session. He should paste his recent photograph and get attested by the Principal/Chief Proctor. The Identity Card must be surrendered at the time of leaving the College. In case of loss of Identity Card, immediately inform to administrative office or HOD ,a duplicate card can be issued from the office on payment of Rs 400/-.
1. Students are required to attend at least 75% of lectures in each subject and practical separately. However, maximum condo-nation of 15% absence can be considered as per the Ordinance of the University, on the merit of the case.
2. Leave, other than vacation, will not be encouraged. Parents and guardians are requested not to encourage their wards to take leave from the college. The leave is admissible only with the prior written permission of the Principal/HOD only on very exceptional circumstances, but minimum requirement of the attendance will have to be fulfilled mentioned in (1) above. The sanction of the leave does not mean the presence in the class.
3. Students absenting themselves from the classes, without application/prior permission, shall be punished as per decision of the Principal/Management.
4. Students remaining absent from classes for longer duration are liable to be removed from the college.
